About this event

Join me for a session of my monthly yoga series - Moon Rhythms - where we'll explore practices designed to honor the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle and the phases of the moon.

Session Focus (June):
Inner Spring Phase: This session will focus on honoring your inner spring phase—a time for new beginnings, returning energy, and creativity. Through yoga practices and moving into your energy slowly, we'll honor our bodies, allowing for embracing the blooming energy of spring.

July - Inner Summer

August - Inner Autumn

September - winter of the breath

October - spring of the breath

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing to move in (preferably athletic wear if you have it) notepad and pen, water, and an open heart and mind.

What if I no longer menstruate, can I still attend?

Absolutely. Your hormones and energy levels rise and fall with the moon even if you no longer menstruate or are post menopausal.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

There will be mats there however if you are more comfortable with your own mat then please feel free to come with that.

Is there an age reqirement?

The age requirement is 16+. If you have any questions about this please feel free to email event coordinator.
